Business has been absolutely ridiculous and we never thought we would be where we are today. We have a tiny warehouse that opened in Northern Florida over a year ago. The shipping side that sends all of the parts that are not bolts or hinges (rotors, brakes, engine parts, etc) has seen an increase of over 10,000% in the last year alone; and it has become more than we can keep up with.
This job will entail making sure these orders are shipped on time and primarily responding to customer inquiries about items that customers are looking for. You will need to know how to navigate several of our manufacturers websites, which we will train you for. A knowledge of Jeeps is MANDATORY. You must be able to respond to the several hundred customers a day in a timely manner and provide them with a cost for all of the parts they are looking for. This job can be done from anywhere in the USA as you only need to access to the JeepBolts email account and a computer. Starting pay is based on experience but we are anticipating around $20 an hour.
If you've dealt with commercial accounts in the past that is a HUGE plus. In early 2021 we had a large amount of mechanic shops around the country turn to us for parts and accessories. That number has been growing rapidly ever since so we now have a large number of commercial accounts which you will be responsible for maintaining.
